Fill out the short contact form or send us a message. You can share what’s bringing you in, or simply say you’d like to start therapy — either way, we’ll respond within 1–2 business days.
🌼 Step 2: Consultation Call
We’ll schedule a brief 15–20 minute consultation call to get to know each other, answer your questions, and see if we’re a good fit. This is a low-pressure chat — no commitment required
🌱 Step 3: Schedule Your First Session
If it feels right, we’ll set up your first session — either in person or virtually. You’ll get an email with intake forms, consent paperwork, and a link to your client portal where you can manage appointments and payments.
🕊 Step 4: Begin Your Journey
Your first session is all about you — your story, your goals, and what you want from therapy. We’ll take things at your pace, together.
